From the IACP to Paris : How to create more collaborative cases
Brian Galbraith's conference on "How to create more Collaborative cases?" will be held on July 27th, 2023 at La Maison du Barreau, Hotel de Harlay, in Paris, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., free admission on site offered by the AFPDC.
This conference is organized in partnership with our partner AFPDC, French association of collaborative law practitioners and ENCP, the European network of collaborative law professionals.
Brian Galbraith is the President of the IACP, the international association of collaborative law professionals. He is a collaborative lawyer and trainer . He runs his firm of 16 associate lawyers, all trained in Collaborative Law, and lives near Toronto in Canada.
During this conference, Brian will explain how he conducts the first meeting with new clients to initiate more collaborative cases. He will his share practical skills and techniques that you can immediately apply with your clients and that will allow you to more collaborative cases.
Brian has shared his experience through various interventions in North America and Asia, to support Collaborative Law professionals and promote the use of collaborative practice.
